Akalın Bilişim Teknolojileri ("Akalın Bil Tek", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Seyyah: Bubble Shooter mobile application (the "App") for Android and iOS platforms.

- Game Services Account: When you sign in via Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), we receive your public profile information such as your display name, profile photo, and player ID provided by the respective platform.
- In-App Purchases: When you make purchases within the App, transactions are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). We receive a transaction confirmation and purchase history to deliver the purchased content.
- Community Features: If you use community features such as chat, forums, or social interactions within the App, we collect the content you submit, including messages, usernames, and any other information you choose to share.
- Support Requests: If you contact us for support, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your communication.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, Apple IDFA), language settings, and time zone.
- Approximate Location: We collect your approximate location (country/region level, not precise GPS) to provide localized content (such as region-specific starting cities and collections) and to serve relevant advertisements. This data is derived from your IP address or device settings.
- Usage Data: Gameplay data, session duration, levels completed, in-app actions, feature usage, crash logs, and performance data.
- Network Information: IP address, connection type (Wi-Fi/mobile data), and carrier information.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), approximate location, app activity data, and other information to serve personalized ads.
Your Ad Choices
- Android: You can opt out of personalized ads by going to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- iOS: You can limit ad tracking by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track."
If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
4. In-App Purchases

The App may include community features such as chat, forums, and social interactions. When using these features:
- Your display name and messages are visible to other users.
- Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information in public areas.

- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
- User-generated content may be stored on our servers and retained as described in Section 8.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Specifically:
- Game progress and account data: Retained while your account is active.
- Community content (chat, messages): Retained while your account is active, unless removed for guideline violations.

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

Account and Data Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by:

- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Please note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account deletion.
10. GDPR Compliance (European Economic Area)

12. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support-seyyah@akalinbiltek.com. We will take steps to delete such information promptly.
If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that data as soon as possible.
